notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003933 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Stephanie I. Rogers a/k/a Stephanie Rogers a/k/a Stephanie Grosser a/k/a Stephanie I. Novak are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on November 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 238, UNIT 7, PART - GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
