NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004124, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ADRIANNA M. STEFANI A/K/A ADRIANNA H. STEFANI, LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, II, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTYWIDE BANK, N.A., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIANNA M. STEFANI A/K/A ADRIANNA H. STEFANI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 301, BUILDING C-3, LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 771, PAGES 917 THROUGH 952, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
