Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 265, UNIT 7 OF GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 135 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 26, 2012, at eleven o'clock a.m., in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
