Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-339 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13 OF SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BBOK 40, PAGE80,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
