THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WEST AND LESS THE SOUTH 286.78 FEET, SECTION, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
