NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 6th day of December 2012, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
The West 300 feet of the South 241 feet of the North 1053 feet of that portion of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida, Lying North and West of the Seaboard Coastline Railroad Right-of-Way.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
