LOT 21, BLOCK B, SILVER OAKS VILLAGE - PHASE, TWO, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29 AND 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6505 VICTORIAN WAY, ZEPHYRHILLS , FL 33542; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 20, 2012 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
