UNIT NUMBER D, BUILDING 51 OF TAHITIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. 326, PAGE 509. AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 106 THROUGH 110, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4373 TAHITIAN GARDENS CIR # 51D, HOLIDAY, FL 34691; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
