NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-11589-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and LYONIEL AJODHIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block C, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS 'A' AND 'B', according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, page 30, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
