NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-11458 WS J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and Deborah L. Boysen n/k/a Deborah L. Athanassiou, Marc Boysen, and Ioannis Athanassiou, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 40, Block18, FLOR-A-MAR-SECTION C-8, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 104, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the Southerly 5 feet thereof conveyed by deed recorded in O.R. Book 903, Page 1299 and further LESS AND EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed by deed recorded in O.R. Book 3387, Page 345, described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said Lot 40; thence run North 11º02'23” East, 5.00 feet along the easterly right-of-way line of Ensign Courts, as now established to a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 11º02'23” East, 13.00 feet; thence South 78º57'37” East, 85.00 feet; thence South 11º02'23” West, 13.00 feet; thence North 78º57'37” West, 85.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
