NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, entered in Case No. 2007-CA-1077-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee For the Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC5, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Donna Aker a/k/a Donna M. Aker; Curtis D. Aker, Jr.; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 226, DEER PARK UNIT 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 108-110 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
