NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem entered this 17th day of October 2012 in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003497-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-4, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and NATALIE ACKER, CHRISTOPHER HOWARD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on November 16, 2012 at 11:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash online sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
