NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-000401WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ROSEMARY T. CEPPALUNI, VINCENT J. CEPPALUNI, BEACON SQUARE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC, VINCENT J. CEPPALUNI, JR., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2128, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 18-C, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 78-79 OFTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
