NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-5102-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Wilmington Trust Company not in its individual capacity but solely as Successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2004-4 was the Plaintiff and JEFFREY R. MEYER, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 606, REGENCY PARK, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 50 AND 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
