NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 17, 2012, entered in UCN: 51-2009-CA-007571-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and DAVID M. HAMMOND A/K/A DAVID MICHAEL HAMMOND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID M. HAMMOND If ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN NTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PARKER POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
