NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001144ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and AUBREY D. LYNCH; VICTORIA M. LYNCH; SUNCOAST POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 3, SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGES 1A AND 1B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 68 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
