NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007900WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-B, Plaintiff, and, CABRERA, TATIANA S., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 19TH day of NOVEMBER, 2012, the following described property:
