NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000146WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, LOUIS E. ROUSSEY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November 2012, the following described property:
LOT 26, OF HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50 AT PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
