NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 7, 2007 and an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date for November 14, 2012 entered this 11th day of October 2012 in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-003424-WS-J2 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE1, Plaintiff and EMMA HARRISON, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale at 11:00 am on November 14, 2012 to the highest and best bidder for cash online sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES reference the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
