THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10, is Plaintiff and SURAPONG P. MASKEY; SUNCOAST MEADOWS MASTER MASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, OF SUNCOAST MEADOWS-INCREMENT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
