NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51 2008 CA 002250 XXXXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RUBEN FRIAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 148, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
