NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005344WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Ewa E. Kawa, A/K/A Ewa E. Roeser; Unknown Spouse of Ewa E. Kawa A/K/A Ewa E. Roeser, if any; Hunting Creek Multi-Family Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Companion Property and Casualty Insurance Company; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 16, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 124 of Hunting Creek, Multi-Family, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page(s) 125-130, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
