NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-009885WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and JASON FOLTZ; ABIGAIL BALDWIN N/K/A ABIGAIL FOLTZ; ANY; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION N/K/A DEBORAH FOLTZ are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209, VENICE ESTATES, SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 12 AND 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
