NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-3498 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, New Port Richey, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JORGE RODRIGUEZ, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AMon the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 80, Block 21, Palm Cove Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 111 through 126, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
