Fresno and Lucilo Fresno, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 154, OF MAGNOLIA ESTATES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 67-77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
