Hultgren and Sheila V. Hultgren, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 541, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
