NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 012280 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT L. BEAUBIEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot One (1) of the Plat known as the Barnes Parkway, Plat prepared by Lauren E. Britt, Registered Land Surveyor, with date of survey being February 17, 1958 for the Ve-No-La Developing Co., a Florida Corporation and recorded in Official Records Book 216 at page 590 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and being further described as follows:

Begin at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 39 South, Range 19 East, run West on the North line of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 a distance of 1,234.62 feet; thence South 0 degrees 14 minutes 15 second E., 30 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 0 degrees 14 minutes 15 seconds E, along the East right-of-way line of Barnes Parkway, 100 feet; thence East 121 feet more or less to the waters of a 70 foot boat canal, thence Northeasterly 100 feet more or less to the South right-of-way line of said Venice By-Way 125 feet to the Point of Beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
