NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000125-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR18, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR18 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and ROBERT F. STORCK; JUDY C. STORCK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
