NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018621 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH PATRIA A/K/A ELIZABETH MCKINLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 909,20TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14,PAGE 8,8A TO 8K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
