NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009985 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. is Plaintiff and NIURBYS FERNANDEZ; PEDRO ACEA; ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; THE VERANDAHS AT PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; REAL T SOLUTIONS INVESTMENTS L.L.C.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 157, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
