NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008449 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE F. SCLAFANI; MISSION LAKES OF VENICE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARIE N. SCLAFANI; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LESLEY REESE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 267, BUILDING 13, MISSION LAKES OF VENICE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDED BOOK 1498, PAGE 783, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
