NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 23, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2011 CA 004012 NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 355 AND 356, UNIT #2, SOUTH VENICE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
