Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated October 22nd, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008 CA 015225 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J10 is the Plaintiff, and SUNG CHO, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8 OF WOODLAND PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29M PAGE(S)48 AND 48A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
