and commonly known as: 20048 NOB OAK AVE, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 20, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
