NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-027576(C) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA TALLANT A/K/A PATRICIA TALLENT, PHILIP HEADY, REGINA CARTER, and MATTHEW CARTER are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 5 AND 6 OF BLOCK 4 AS PER MAP OF ALDERMAN'S ADDITION TO PLANT CITY. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING EXPLICITLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 5 AND PROCEED NORTH 79'34'40'' EAST ALONG SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5 FOR 20.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 05'44'05'' WEST, ON A BEARING IN LINE WITH THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT FOR 76.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE SOUTH 85'33'48'' WEST FOR 75.05 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 6; THENCE DUE NORTH 112.9 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE NORTH 79'28'00'' EAST FOR 64.00 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF LOT 5; THENCE SOUTH 05'44'05'' EAST 119.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
