NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-11169 WS of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and ROBERTA FLYNN is the Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at http://www.hillborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
