Final Judgment was awarded on October 10, 2012 in Civil Case No.:08-CA-017158, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF SASCO 2006-BC4 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES M. WISHART; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 27, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 30, PALMA CEIA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
