BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JAMES K. BLASZYK; AMBER BLASZYK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
