NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-018627-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ANDOVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and VICTOR CALA and MARIA GABRIELA CALA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, ANDOVER VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 131-133, inclusive of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
