NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2012, and entered in 12-008716 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and MERRIANN WRIGHT A/K/A M. WRIGHT; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR J.D. MARTINEZ INVESTMENTS, INC. D/B/A ALBANY MORTGAGE SERVICES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, OF HUNTER'S GREEN PARCEL 18A PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 21-1 THROUGH 21-4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
