NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 1, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-008369 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC FKA CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SYLBIL KAYE JOHNS N/K/A SYBIL KAYE HUNSUCKER A/K/A SYBIL KAYE JOHNS A/K/A SYBIL KAYE HOWARD; DANIEL JOHNS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 64 FEET OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF LOT 4, AND THE NORTH 14 FEET OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF LOT 5, ALMAN'S ACRES SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
