NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-005653-H of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CANTERBURY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ROBERT KENKEL, GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and UNKNOWN TENANT, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 7, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 3, CANTERBURY LAKES PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 95, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
