NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-013197-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and HECTOR ACEVEDO is Defendant, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 7, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block A, Brandon Brook Phase VIII A & B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 10 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the Westerly 11.11 feet thereof.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
