NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CA-005782 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Alicia Ellis West, by and through Charlotte K. Clark, her plenary guardian ; Rev. Tracy H. Wilder, III, as successor co-trustees of the Alicia Ellis West Living Trust, dated May 6, 2004; Unknown Spouse of Alicia Ellis West; Sun City Center Community Association, Inc.; Middle Lake Association, Inc; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK BS, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY, UNIT NUMBER 25, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
