NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015382 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-1, Plaintiff, and, WILLIAM MELENDEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 12th day of December 2012, the following described property:
LOT 56, BLOCK 1 OF COUNTRY PLACE WEST UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52 AT PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
