NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-021836, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and ANNE M. RABURN; TIMOTHY S. RABURN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; TRAILS AT DURANT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, TRAILS AT DURANT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
