FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH (AN ASSUMED BEARING), ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 330.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE S. 89° 43' 25” E., ALONG A LINE 330.00 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 647.20 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE N. 89° 43' 25” W., A DISTANCE OF 343.96 FEET; THENCE N. 12° 33' 50” W., A DISTANCE OF 133.33 FEET; THENCE N. 89° 43' 25” W., A DISTANCE OF 275.00 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 19; THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE WEST 9.00 FEET THEREOF IN USE AS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MCINTOSH ROAD. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1996 PALM HARBOR MOBILE HOME SERIAL NUMBER PH069842AFL AND PH069842BFL.

This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
