NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-011851 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Tracy Wolf; Unknown Spouse of Tracy Wolf; Gregory Wolf; Current Tenant(s); and Unknown Spouse of Gregory Wolf, N/K/A Lois Wolf, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 30, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF THE EAST ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 35.0 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR BRUTON ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
