H of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For The Certificate Holders Mortgage Asset Securitization Transactions, Inc., First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificate, Series 2005-FF7, is the Plaintiff and Michael Caruso; John Doe; Unknown Tenants and Land Trust Service Corporation, Trustee of Trust No. 2317, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 30, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, OF SHERWOOD HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
