NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-018447 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Felix Burgos A/K/A Felix Burgos; Unknown Spouse of Alex A. Burgos A/K/A Felix Burgos if any; State of Florida, Department of Revenue and Unknown Tenants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 30, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 12, HENDERSON ROAD SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
